Na stránce doktorka/nemoci je doporučení jíst papáyu. Zajímalo by mě, zda je účinná syrová či vařená, jelikož v akutním stavu Crohna nemohu syrovou. Odpoví mi autor těchto stránek "doktorka", čím je papaya prospěšná?
Další otázku mám ohledně aloe. Její léčivé účinky jsou známy, ale potřebuji informaci, v jaké formě je použitelná pro kladný vliv na střeva. Mám je zatím rostlou v květináči.
